About the Role
Fonos is one of the fastest growing subscription apps in Vietnam. As the Performance Marketing Lead, you will be in charge of the overall performance marketing strategy and execution at Fonos. Your role will be to develop and optimize a diverse set of paid marketing campaigns. A keen eye for detail and data analysis would be a winning trait for this role.
Your role
● Develop and oversee overall performance marketing strategy
● Create and manage ads across all channels. Use Appsflyer and similar tools to accurately track attribution and campaign performance
● Suggest & implement A/B tests for the company to run and optimize the acquisition flow.
● Work with Digital Marketing to ensure messaging across all channels are consistent and aligned.
● Work closely with the wider marketing team to optimize audience strategies.
● Ensure budget is spent across performance channels efficiently.
● Track and report on key performance indicators of media activity.

Our ideal Performance Marketing Manager will have:
● The ability to think deeply about performance growth and brand strategy
● 4+ years of experience running ads across different social channels (FB, Instagram, Google/Youtube, Tiktok, etc.) including for mobile apps
● Experience running successful ad campaigns for mobile apps that optimize not just for CPI but for CPA
● Expert with Appsflyer and with the ability to correctly attribute cost and performance of campaigns using the latest strategies that account for iOS changes
● Proficient in spoken and written English
● Track record for managing at least $50,000+ in ad spend per month
● Self-driven. Driven by growth & productivity
Working Hours
Monday - Friday: 9:00 am - 18:00 pm

Hybrid workstyle, company office located in Phú Mỹ Hưng, quận 7, TpHCM
