• Manage yearly, monthly, weekly online campaign
• Maximize the daily active usage rate of website
• Development of the digital marketing strategy for company including a measurement plan and budget for acquiring new customers and engage existed customers come to website
• Optimize all content and digital advertising tools to increase online revenue
• Design, build and maintain our social media presence.
• Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs).
• Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights.
• Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies.
• Measure experiments and conversion tests.
• Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points.
Yêu Cầu Công Việc
• Proven at least 3 years working experience in digital marketing.
• Strong at both planning and execution.
• Ensure of traffic marketing based on strategic target.
• Demonstrable experience leading and managing SEO/SEM, performance marketing, marketing database, email, social media and/or display advertising campaigns.
• Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform and motivate.
• Experience in optimizing landing pages and user funnels.
• Solid knowledge of website analytics tools.
• Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking.
• Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement.
• Start-up spirit with never give up attitude.
• Could work under high pressure.
• Advanced English.
