1. Role Purpose
The Performance Marketing Operations Manager oversees the company’s marketing performance operations system, ensuring that lead flow, marketing cost efficiency, and ROI across all GEOs and offers are optimized and aligned with business goals.
While this position does not hold direct operational authority, it is accountable for ensuring that performance goals are achieved through effective coordination, tracking, and follow-up with related departments (Affiliate Management, E-commerce Management, Sales Management, Operations, Finance, Tech, Product, and Marketing).
The key objective of this role is to maintain stable lead flow, balanced marketing costs, and target ROI, while also prioritizing offers by GEO to ensure targeted and effective action for each category.
2. Key Responsibilities
A. Strategic Oversight & Governance
Build and manage the Performance Marketing Operations framework across the Marketing function, integrating data from Affiliate, E-com,Media Buying, Sales, Operations, and Finance teams.
Define and standardize SOPs, KPIs, and escalation mechanisms for lead flow tracking, cost control, and ROI monitoring.
Oversee daily and weekly performance dashboards to ensure data accuracy, consistency, and actionable insights for management.
Lead the development of monthly, quarterly performance plans aligned with marketing and business objectives.
Translate performance data into strategic recommendations for the CMO and leadership team.
B. Marketing Performance & Efficiency Management
Supervise and develop the Performance Marketing Operations team, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and consistency of lead, MKT cost, and ROI tracking across GEOs.
Identify underperforming Products or offers and coordinate cross-functional actions with Affiliate, Sales, and Operations teams to improve performance.
Collaborate with Finance to monitor marketing cost ratios, ROI, and PO range, ensuring profitability and efficiency targets are met.
C. Offer & GEO Optimization
Approve and maintain the offer prioritization framework by GEO, categorizing offers as Key, Test, or Cost-Sensitive based on performance and business impact.
Review weekly, monthly and quarterly reports to recommend testing, scaling, or pausing offers depending on performance.
Collaborate with Affiliate, Sales, and Operations teams to ensure lead routing aligns with inventory capacity and prevent out-of-stock (OOS) situations.
Provide insights and recommendations to GMs and related departments to improve lead scaling efficiency and optimize marketing ROI.
D. Cross-Functional Coordination & Escalation Management
Host monthly performance governance meetings with Affiliate, Sales, Operations, Finance, Tech, and GEO General Managers (GMs) to review marketing performance, SLA compliance, and improvement actions.
Ensure timely feedback and adherence to SLA timelines across departments.
When SLA or ROI deviation exceeds thresholds, raise formal escalation to the CMO/COO, copying all related departments.
Maintain and oversee the SLA dashboard for transparent tracking, ensuring accountability and timely action from all stakeholders.
E. Reporting, Analytics & Decision Support
Work with the Tech and Data teams to leverage tracking systems, CRM, and BI dashboards in developing management-ready performance reports and insights.
Prepare and present weekly, monthly marketing performance reviews to the CMO and Board, highlighting key metrics, risks, and action plans.
Lead the development of forecasting and root-cause analysis models to anticipate and quickly respond to fluctuations in lead volume, marketing cost, and ROI.
F. Leadership & Team Development
Manage, mentor, and upskill the PMO team, building capabilities in analysis, coordination, and performance management.
Promote a data-driven, accountable, and solution-oriented culture within the marketing performance function.
Collaborate with HR and CMO to set KPIs, performance reviews, and growth paths for team members.

About you:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• Proven experience (typically 5+ years) in business development, strategic partnerships, operation or corporate development roles.
• Strong experience with pipeline management, forecasting, and performance metrics.
• Familiarity with affiliate marketing, CPA networks, and global eCommerce landscapes.
• Capacity to analyze complex market data and formulate actionable growth strategies.
• Ability to operate effectively in diverse markets.
• Fluent English.
