Performance Marketing Specialist

Job Summary:

We are seeking a results-driven Performance Marketing Specialist to join our marketing team. In this role, you will develop, execute, and optimize performance marketing campaigns across various digital channels to drive customer acquisition, engagement, and revenue growth.

Responsibilities:

Performance Marketing Planning

Collaborate with internal teams (such as CEO, BU, social media, email marketing team) to align performance strategies with broader business objectives and campaigns.

Plan and execute all digital marketing activities using ads platforms including SEM, social media, display advertising campaigns,...

Manage budgets and forecasts for performance marketing campaigns, ensure efficient allocation of resources and reach maximum KPI keeping the Conversion, CAC & ROAS at the optimum level.

Execution:

Developing, implementing, and optimizing PPC campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Bing Ads, and social media channels.

Conducting research and analyzing data to identify the most effective keywords and targeting strategies for our PPC campaigns.

Measure and report performance of all PPC campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs).

Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights.

Plan and create a small-scale A-B test campaign to optimize campaign and creative performance better.

Suggest new digital channels that have the potential to increase new user numbers and revenue in an efficient way.

Manage communication with multiple vendors and third-party as needed.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including content, design, and product, to develop high-impact marketing assets.

Requirements and skills:

Work experience in performance marketing for 2-3 years

Experience in US market is a plus

Strong analytical skills with proficiency in tools like Google Analytics, Google Data Studio, Power BI,...

Experience with PPC advertising: Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Bing Ads,...

Familiarity with marketing automation tools and Shopify systems.

Good communication and fluency in English
