Performance Specialist

At Coin98, we take responsibility for the growth in users and transactions, customer loyalty, etc., for the products in the Coin98 ecosystem, including Coin98 Super App, Coin98 Network,… Our team contributed to gaining 5M users globally, in 100 countries, and raised the transaction by nearly $1B for our organization in the previous year.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Research
Conduct market research and analysis to evaluate trends, local target country, brand awareness, and competition;
Initiate and control surveys to assess customer requirements and dedication;
Summarize research data and suggest new ideas for managers.

Project Management
Come up with creative ideas, presenting based on data, and current issues, to convince team leader and teammates with critical thinking to execute campaigns for users, transactions, and volume growth;
Write copy for diverse marketing distributions (press releases, website material, etc.);
Monitor and resolve the struggle of campaigns using various metrics and CS/CM’s response; submit reports of performance daily;
Collaborate with managers in preparing budgets and monitoring expenses.
