What We Can Offer
+ Maintain schedule, manage correspondence, travel itinerary, proceed Concur request/claims for business trips, etc
+ Consolidate information, data analysis for reports and presentations of Supply Chain & Human Resources(HR & SC) (ManCom meetings, Operation reviews, External & Internal Induction programs, etc.)
+ Translate documents as requested
- Provide Administration support for HR and SC Divisions:
+ Handle PR/PO/GR/IR/Concur process, follow up payments on time & accurately, monitor discipline i.e. PO after invoice, outstanding PO, GR, IR (included for Division Expats if any)
+ Responsible for consolidate in general services: Office equipment, courier services, stationery, printing & scanning report/document/MoM, car & housing rental process, fuel reports, etc.
+ Update Organization Chart & Maintain distribution lists of all departments.
+ Assist the logistics and other arrangement for Visitors of HR and SC divisions.
+ Assist Compliance Team to ensure fulfillment of compliance e-Learning, cooperate with Legal Dept. to carry out compliance activities in HR &SC division;
+ Organize divisional special events (team workshops/ teambuilding activities, etc.) and coordinate in some projects as required.
+ Responsible for general support for HR & SC Divisions.
