- Drive and manage key cross functional projects and support the general business planning process
- Gathering, filtration and presentation of reports from all Marketing departments to Head.
- Maintain an accurate and detailed calendar for the Head, manage and log incoming scheduling requests, reschedule meetings upon request, proactively communicate changes, and anticipate and respond to scheduling conflicts;
- Organize internal and external meetings for the Head, including notifying attendees, reserving conference rooms, handling logistics, drafting and distributing agendas, and taking minutes;
- Oversee the creation of briefing documents, including talking points, event briefings, and media briefings for the Head with input across teams as required;
- Assists the Head with daily project management duties and a broad variety of administrative tasks which includes travel arrangements, data collections, and report compilations among others
- Draft internal and external communications and correspondence on behalf of Head of Affiliate department
Yêu Cầu Công Việc
- 4 years in Administrative-Executive or related position
- Language: Vietnamese (Native), English (B2)
- Graduated from College, University majoring in Administrative, Management, Economics...or related majors.
- High level of written communication on native language + English
- Sophisticated skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook
- Strategic multi-tasker
- Organization offline event/meet up with pubs tet-a-tet & group - ticket, invitation
- Experience in meeting agenda prepare, meeting notes & follow task
- Ability to prioritize and meet deadlines
- Keep information confidential
PREFERED SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS
- Russian language is a plus
- Understanding the principles of Affiliate Marketing (Nutra, COD)
- Project management
- Personal example on task management/tracking tools use
- Experience in a professional office environment with progressive reporting relationships
- Emotional intelligence
- Calm under pressure
- Ability to quickly work into new tasks and accommodate with new circumstances
