Personal Assistant (Exellent in English)

*Working hour: 40 hours/week, 10.30am to 7.30pm, Monday to Friday
We are looking for a competent Personal Assistant to provide personalized secretarial and administrative support in a well-organized and timely manner. You will work on a one-to -one basis on a variety of tasks related to executive’s working life and communication with below duties:
*Personal Assistant
- Help General Manager ( also Sales Director) manage and prioritize his time by providing an efficient
and responsive, organizational and logistical service;
- Acting as the point contact between the manager and other departments;
- Supervises, assists and reviews the work for General Manager;
- Screening telephone calls and handling enquiries;
*Sales Support
- Investigate and solve new and existing customers' problems, communicate
courteously with foreign customers by phone / email;
- Answer / write emails and respond to customer requests; ensure highly
qualified customer service to clients;
- Follow up and update customer status, customer information;
- Fill and track documents / folders / database in soft and hard copy;
- Other related duties and responsibilities as assigned and requested

*Competencies/Skills
- Female only
- EXCELLENT ENGLISH (speaking, listening, writing equivalent to IELTS 6.5 or
TOIEC 800). Prefer candidates graduated from over sea.
- Proficient in Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook and Internet;
- Full comprehension of office management systems and procedures;
- Good interpersonal skills: communication skill, co-operation, persuasiveness;
- Good personal qualities: honesty, carefulness, responsibility,
adaptability; Having great customer service mind set is a must;
- Having ability to work under high pressure, multitask and ability to generate
ideas; Being a strong team player with Can-do attitude.
*Required experience:
2-3 year of experience in personal assistant, sales admin, secretary is preferable
