KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Maintain business and personal calendar, schedule appointments and meetings, attend meetings and travel arrangements
In charge of registration and clearance of expenses
Prepare presentations and other documents, including the translation of documents and interpretation in meetings
Organize and prepare presentation materials for conferences, meetings and company events, acting as secretariat and liaison-in-charge
In charge of following and support issues relating to residential cards, visas, work permits
Support issues relating to house rental, car rental, and children’s school fee, medical health care and health insurance claims, etc. for Division Director
Manage Director’ office in his/her absence, assist Division Director in daily activities making sure that the work flows smoothly
Schedule and confirm Division Director’s appointments, follow & remind all related works that distributed to all departments
Other tasks assigned by Division Director.

At least 02 years’ experience in secretary/ assistant positions
Understanding of office admin tasks and personal-related tasks
Proficiency in Microsoft Office
Language requirements: Vietnamese – native, English – fluent – spoken and written
Interpersonal & communication skills
Time management skills
Time flexibility and adaptability
Organizational skills
Self-motivated, proactive team player and independent worker with a can-do attitude
