Main responsibilities

Reporting directly to the Personal Assistant, the Personal Assistant is to assist with the day-to-day functions of General Manager in all aspects for Club development. In details:

 Research new regulations and ensuring timely updates to internal policies and procedures

 Facilitate seamless collaboration across all divisions to develop and review processes, enhancing internal control measures to detect irregularities and improve operational efficiency in compliance with relevant laws, regulations and internal rules;

 Conduct legal check and reviews on contracts, internal guidelines, and critical documents;

 Establish and maintain a comprehensive database of legal issues;

 Conduct research, development, drafting, and updating of policies and procedures;

 Implement onsite inspection regarding RTP;

 Provide quarterly reports to authorities on gaming activities including Machines, RTP, game, import-export status;

 Facilitate the preparation and submission of license applications as necessary;

 Maintains administrative efficiently;

 Attends meetings to prepare reports and meeting minutes;

 Conduct legal assessments and reviews of contracts and important documents;

 Review & renew expat’s lease contracts;

 Act as both internal & external coordinators;

 Perform additional tasks and responsibilities assigned by the General Director as required;

 Prepare documents related to the implementation of import-export plans.

 Report to regulatory authorities of any changes concerning gaming machines;

 Oversee stock inspections, place orders, and monitor delivery progress.

 Follow up on maintenance reports promptly.

 Undertake any other tasks as assigned



Job requirements
