The Deposit Product Manager in Personal Financial Services Division is responsible for the development and execution of deposit and transaction banking product strategy for individual. The jobholder directly oversees marketing, business partner management, business financials as well as channel development functions specific to such products. Functional (job responsibilities) 1. Support strategic business direction set with Head of PFS and directly responsible for organizing, implementing and execution of plans to build the new product portfolio for PFS. 2. Directly oversees product development, manage campaigns and execute new products relevant to different segment groups 3. Oversee business partner management as well as channel development functions for the deposits business 4. Work closely with all related parties in aligning product and business strategies and ensuring compliance within internal and external regulatory framework. 5. Liaising with external partners for sales support and developing channel strategies to enhance product distribution for deposits business 6. Understand product pricing structure and strategy to manage portfolio balances and product profitability 7. Undertake project management and work with different business units to ensure project deliverables 8. Through product analyst, deploy / communicate pricing change through the Bank’s operations (e.g.rate changes). Works with IT to develop process / systems enhancements to improve efficiency of price changes. 9. Other tasks as assigned by line manager Managerial (team/group responsibilities) 1. Indirect responsibility of all sales channels to support in delivering of business targets Organizational (organizational responsibilities) • Meet key parameters in P&L drivers • Enhance franchise parameters in market share, customer acquisition • Improve sales productivity & efficiency

Yêu cầu công việc

Education/Qualification • Bachelor Degree Experience • Minimum work experience of 2 years – preferable in a financial industry • Excellent track record in product development preferably in similar industry and capacity with background in sales management and marketing. • Independent, innovative with strong goal orientation and problem solving skills • Strong interpersonal and communication skills necessary to thrive and influence decisions • Possess strong analytical and presentation skills • Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. Strong appreciation of implementation issues and constantly delivers timelines • Able to facilitate multiple stakeholders communication and creatively finds solutions
