Phó Phòng Chất Lượng IQC (IQC Assistant Manager) (Work In Ha Nam, Pick Up Bus From Ha Noi)

- Overall manpower management - Overall evaluation plan management - Incoming supplier control - Feedback and push supplier about part quality isssues - Support to solve quality incoming - Monthy evaulation supplier - Responsible for monthly report of supplier evaluation - Maintain the quality of incoming parts - Solve customer complaints and support QA section - Support new model and maintain the quality of supplier parts - Monitor the quality issuing of SQA/IQC - Coordinate with related sections to improve internal quality issues and customer quality issues - Control and ensure parts are in compliance with quality and specification requirements - Support management system of quality to establish, implement and maintain ISO

- University degree in Electronic, Mechanical, Electrical Engineering or relevant fields. - At least 10 years of experience in a similar position. In which, at least 5 years of experience in the field of assembling one-set-electronic-Product - Knowledge of ISO 9001 & ISO 14001, QC tool - Creative thinking and quality solving principles (e.g. 8D reports, 5-Why analysis, etc.) - Ability to lead all the quality personnel to formulate, implement and evaluate quality strategies and system to ensure conformity and enhancement of part quality and standards - Excellent English/ Chinese (4 Skills) - Good at Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Power point…) - Full-Time position(s) available.
