1. Reward Design

• Design and update job architecture, job leveling, and grading framework.

• Conduct market benchmarking to ensure competitiveness and internal equity

• Maintain job catalogue and job architecture database

2. Benefits Management & Welfare Programs

• Design, review, and update benefit programs (insurance, allowances, meal, housing, leave, welfare)

• Benchmark benefits against industry trends and internal needs

3. Reward Communication & Stakeholder Support

• Create communication materials for salary structure, bonus guidelines, and Total Rewards policies

• Support to train on Total Rewards processes

4. HR Policies, Compliance

• Develop and maintain Total Rewards-related policies, SOPs, and guidelines

5. Other jobs assigned by Total reward Sr. Manager, Head of HR&GA

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field.

• 3+ years of experience in C&B, total reward roles.

• Manufacturing, or multi-site operations is a strong advantage.

• Proficient in MS Excel, PowerPoint, reporting tools; Power BI is a plus.

• Strong understanding of HR knowledge, advance reward design & management.

• Salary/compensation benchmark survey.

• Well Communicates effectively with HR, vendors.

• Fluent in English
