1. Recruitment:
- Manage recruitment activities and headcount planning for the division.
- Directly recruit positions at the executive, management level..
- Recommend and implement HR related policies and procedures inconsistent with organizational and business strategies within the division.
2. C&B:
- Assist in monthly payroll processing, performance appraisals exercise, annual performance and salary review exercise.
- Participate in compensation and benefits surveys.
- Be responsible for job analysis and evaluation, salary administration, analyzing compensation surveys and obtaining all necessary information to prepare compensation proposal.
3. Learning & Development: Identify training needs and work with Group L&D Manager to propose and conduct training plans for the division.
4. Strategic partner:
- Lead the development and improvement of HR process, policies, and procedures within the division.
- Build and implement effective talent reviews/identification, and succession planning.
5. Employee relation:
- Act as a key HR contact point for division and responsible for resolving all HR related issues in accordance with HR policies.
- Ensure compliance with HR policies, procedures, and process and responsible for resolving compliance/ employee relations issues within the division.
- Conduct other tasks as assigned.
6. Audit (CSR)

Yêu Cầu Công Việc
- Have at least 05 years of experience in HR Manager
- Strong expertise in sourcing and selection, talent management, C&B, learning and development, and labor relations.
- Have good interpersonal skills, positive attitude, and hard working.
- Proficent in written and speaking English, Madarin is plus
