- Responsibility to manage 04 sections (Sales (CS), Logistics, Planning & Outsourcing) with over 20 staffs
- Weekly/monthly/quarterly/yearly production plan establishment
- Process production plan, process plan, schedule plan establishment and management
- Analysis of production capacity by process
- Cost management (analysis of monthly material cost performance aggregate)
- Cost management (RFQ/unit price/business plan/cost by model)
- Work in progress and finished product inventory management (shipment)
- Production efficiency management (total efficiency, production loss analysis)
- Logistics management and factory CS (related to customer shipment)
- 4M control
- Customer service

Yêu Cầu Công Việc
- University degree in Business relevant fields.
- At least 10 years of experience in foreign manufacturing.
- Good command English (Can use Chinese is an advantage)
- Demonstrate experience in time management, deadline management and reporting skills
- Good understanding of the manufacturing procedure, production planning and technical specification
- Must possess proven skills and abilities in the areas of leadership, planning, manufacturing systems and processes.
- Able to work overtime, weekend and Sunday.
- Proficient in computer skill, office software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint…).
- At least 10 years of experience in foreign manufacturing.
- Good command English (Can use Chinese is an advantage)
