***JOB DESCRIPTION:

- Assist the Production Manager to planning and control daily/ weekly production schedulees based on order requirements and machine capacity

- Allocate manpower, materials, and machines effectively to achieve production targets

- Monitor machine conditions and coordinate with the maintenance team for preventive maintenance and repair

- Adjust process parameters to improve bonding quality, reduce NG rate, and increase producivity

- Control material and energy consumption

- Train and supervise operators and team leaders on operation, quality checking, 5S, and safety procedures

- Work closely with QC/ QA to handle NG products, analyze root causes, and take corrective actions

- Maintain 5S and continuous improvement activities on the shop floor

- Ensure compliance with gas safety, fire protection and ISO 9001/ 14001 standards

- Prepare daily/ weekly/ monthly reports on production volume, defect rate, gas consumption, and machine downtime

- Lead improvement projects to enhance efficiency, reduce cost, and optimize manpower usage

- Other tasks as assigned by the Manager

Job requirements

- Male. University graduated in chemical, electricity, electromechanics or relevant major.

- Have at least 1 year of experience in a similar position

- Good command of Japanese (from N2)

- Good at comunication, have presentation skill

- Candidates living near the company are an advantage
