Mô Tả Công Việc
• Responsible for customer care by deploying the company strategy for entail of managing customer relation to improve customer satisfaction
• Responsible for dealers’ aftersales activities and spare part turnover to ensure the dealers to follow the company goal
• Responsible for both technical competency and soft skills of dealers’ staffs
• Manage and develop service side of dealers
• Promote spare parts sell planning by reaching spare parts sell in target
• Promote aftersales activities to push spare parts sell out and keep service level at best
• Manage dealers to follow company standards, CI, Tools requirement
• Implement, push dealer’s service activities and deploy service promotion
• To ensure the certain level of products’ quality by managing and collect market technical issue, provide technical report
• Provide visit report & training on job to ensure both technical competent and soft skills of dealers’ staff
• Coordinate with call center to support to solve the customer’s complaint in the market

• Proficient in English speaking and writing communications
• Excellent in Words, Excel & PowerPoint
• Proactive, detail & customer-oriented, time management, negotiation & problem solving skills
• Ability to work under pressure
• Ability to work with cross-functional teams & to build strong internal & external relationship
