Planning And Performance Management Specialist

PURPOSE OF POSITION

The role is to support Planning and Performance Management (PPM) Manager in

managing commercial plan, driving sales performance, and smooth operations of AB-

InBev’s Regional sales business. The role is critical to commercial operations, working

across regional sales teams and other cross functions.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES

Commercial Planning and Reporting:

• Coordinate POC planning process with regional team & consolidate LE and prepare Demand

forecast

• Coordinate tracking & reconciliating reimbursement process with regional team

• Volume, Inventory, Distribution and Contracts tracking to drive daily Sales performance

progress

• Month - end closing support

• Financial reporting LE support

Commercial Operations

• Month - end closing support

• Master data structuring & maintenance

Supporting to Regional PPM

• Support for Cycle Plan/1YP/Ad-hoc planning project

• Other supports

- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration

- Minimum 2-3 years in commercial operations, business development or business performance monitoring.

- Experience in an FMCG company, commercial function and direct working with Sales Force is a plus.

- Advanced Excel & Word, Power Point. Knowledge Power BI is a plus.

- Fluent at English is a must.
