Planning Assistant Manager

1 Supply control & order management

- Ensure on time and accurate feedback for the supply ability of orders/forecast based on current resources

- Liaise with relevant departments/teams to supply for sales demand

- Ensure transfer goods to North on time & efficiency

- Ensure supply right label for special markets

2 MPS management

- Provide data for Supply Review & Integrated Reconciliation meeting:

+ Visualize MPS to analyze filling line capacity & resources

+ Propose solutions to get approval/alignment when demand exceeds production capacity and finished goods storage constraint

- Inform timely on abnormal/changing demand to relevant departments to prepare manufacturing resources

- Ensure monthly & weekly production schedule were created & managed in SAP and finetune MPS communication with other functions

- Lead planning monthly meeting Production & Warehouse team

- Monitor production OTIF & working with Production team to ensure goods are available on committed ready date

3 Finished Goods SLOB management

- Control all disposal cases and get PIC alignment for the switching/change

- Ensure SLOB list to be submitted, get management approval & push relevant team to do approval SLOB clearance actions on time

- Get alignment with involved team on SLOB preventive actions

4 System implementation and enhancement

- Define & report SAP’s error (if any) related to MPS

- Cooperate with related teams to minimize impacts of SAP’s system error

- Cooperate with SAP’s Expert for SAP’s improvement or error handling to minimize manual process and maximize efficiency of planning

5 Risk management of supply

- Highlight all supply issues have risk impact till demand M+3

- Identify possible problem and opportunities concerning major events such as factory shutdowns, force majeure situation, transition of old/new products….to relevant parties

- Detail impacts of proposed action and related trade-offs

6 Division performance enhancement

- Manage variable safety stock management to capture demand trends

- Propose initiatives to reform the planning operation yearly

- Lead division improvements/ initiatives, involve in projects to achieve higher productivity and savings

- Build-up, execute training plan for new employees

- Support employees in implementing of their growth plans

7 Others

- In charge of Supply Update, Stock Allocation, FCA & OTIF reports

- Fulfill other tasks requested by Manager

a. Academic level/qualifications

• University graduated related to Economic fields (Business Administration, Industrial Management, Supply Chain Management)

b. Experience:

• Over 5 years’ experience in manufacturing companies

• Over 2 years’ experience in master production schedule

• Proficient in the use of computer applications & supply chain tool (SAP or other ERP systems)

c. Others:

• Advanced in Microsoft Office (Power Point, Word, Excel & Power Query/Power BI)

• Good at writing and speaking both Vietnamese & English

• Experience in supply planning, production, and/or logistics

• Problem solving and creative skill

• Statistics and analysis skills

• Working under high pressure

• Team working & leading a team
