Planning Officer

Responsibilities:

• Material planning: planning, tracking orders to ensure on-time delivery

• Production planning:

- Planning and coordinating weekly production activities

- Calculating costs, making recommendations for using outsourcing suppliers when needed.

- Making recommendations and improvements in the field of cost reduction and productivity increase

• Inventory control:

- Maintaining inventory levels to ensure efficient and optimal use.

- Analyzing and making recommendations to reduce inventory levels and inventory turnover

• Other tasks assigned.

Requirements:

• Expertise

- University degree or higher in Supply Chain, Commerce or related fields.

- English communication

• Experience: 5 years or more in a manufacturing enterprise using ERP systems

• Priority for candidates:

- Have used Odoo software

- Work with products using process: stamping, injection moulding, CNC, plating, assembly

• Attitude and qualities:

- Multiple task

- Good communication

- Proactive and oriented towards continuous improvement

- Set specific goals and plans, self-organize and complete work.
