- Support other Operation Departments in trouble shooting
- Support Team leader and Department Head in streamlining operation processes
- Support Team leader and Department Head in outsourcing activities and budget control
- In charge of admin tasks in Operations Planning Department
- Perform any other duties assigned by Management and Department Head
Yêu Cầu Công Việc
- At least 5 years’ experience in banking operations.
- Experience in planning/ project management/ process management is preferred.
- Excellent communication, analytical skills and problem solving skills
- Strong judgment, supervisory and organizational skills
- Fluent English, excellent computer skill,
- Good sense of team work and responsibility, able to work under high pressure with accuracy, careful, proactive, enthusiastic and hardworking.
