Planning Staff

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Planning staff to manage the Master Production Schedule (MPS), material planning, and procurement activities. This role ensures production plans are aligned with demand forecasts and that all required materials are available on time and at optimal cost to support manufacturing operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Production Planning (Master Production Plan):

• Develop and maintain the Master Production Schedule (MPS) based on demand forecasts, confirmed orders, and production capacity.

• Coordinate with relevant departments to align production plans with business goals.

• Monitor production output and adjust schedules to meet delivery targets and optimize resource utilization.

• Analyze capacity constraints and recommend solutions to improve production flow.

• Analyze production capacity, labor, and equipment availability to ensure feasibility of production plans.

• Monitor production performance and adjust schedules to meet customer delivery targets.

• Collaborate with Sales, Operations, and Finance to balance service levels, inventory, and cost objectives.

Material Planning & Procurement:

• Plan and manage material requirements using MRP tools to support production schedules.

• Issue and track purchase orders to ensure timely delivery of raw materials and components.

• Maintain optimal inventory levels to prevent shortages or excess stock.

• Track supplier performance and report any delays or quality issues.

• Maintain accurate procurement records and documentation.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Engineering, or related field.

• 2–3 years of experience in production planning, material planning, or procurement in a manufacturing environment.

• Strong analytical and organizational skills.

• Familiarity with ERP/MRP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle).

• Good communication and teamwork abilities.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and planning tools.

• English is required.
