WORKING LOCATION: Lot 7A, 8A Noi Bai Industrial Zone, Quang Tien Commune, Soc Son District, Hanoi City.
JOB DESCRIPTION AS FOLLOW:
- Receive and monitor customer's PO & FC. Visit customers to understand the FC and order to plan accordingly.
- Plan and prepare production schedules: Draw up master schedule to establish sequence and lead time of each operation to meet shipping dates according to sales forecasts or customer orders through the EPR system.
- Analyze production specifications, plant capacity data and perform mathematical calculation to determine manufacturing process, tools and human resource requirement.
- Plan and schedule workflow for each department and operation according to previous established manufacturing sequences and lead times.
- Plan sequence of fabrication, assembly, installation, and other manufacturing operations for guidance of production workers.
- Confer with department supervisors to determine status of assigned projects.
- Expedite operations that delay schedules and alter schedules to meet unforeseen conditions.
- Make and follow up the delivery schedule to customers
- Prepare production reports, customers’ delivery performance report.
- Prepare list of required materials, tools and equipment.
- Prepare material plan orders to obtain materials, tools and equipment.
Yêu cầu công việc
JOB REQUIREMENTS
+ Male/Female
+ University degree, major related to Economic, Foreign Trade, Logistics…
+ Can communicate in English
+ Good PC skills: Windows, MS Office, Excel
+ Preferable 10 years of working experience in similar industry
+ Strong analytical skills and proficiency in managing complex datasets
+ Working experience with ERP QAD Software is preferred
+ Knowledge in ocean and air freight structure
+ Able to work overtime and travel for work purposes
Those staying in Soc Son / Dong Anh / Cau Giay/ Tu Liem have an added advantage.
