Plant Controller - Global Manufacturing

Lead all financial operations for the Vietnam manufacturing site, driving strategic planning, cost control, and business insights to support operational and corporate goals. Description As a Plant Controller, your main responsibilities will include: * Managing all financial reporting and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and standards. * Overseeing budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis to support strategic decision-making. * Leading monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closing processes. * Collaborating with cross-functional teams to optimize financial performance. * Monitoring and controlling costs to meet profitability targets. * Preparing and presenting financial reports to senior management. * Implementing and maintaining internal controls to safeguard company assets. * Supporting audits and ensuring timely resolution of any financial discrepancy. Profile A successful Plant Controller should have: * 8-15 years of progressive financial leadership experience, ideally in sectors with complex cost structures such as manufacturing or labor-intensive industries. * Proven ability to manage full-cycle financial operations including monthly closings, budgeting, forecasting, and cost accounting. * Familiarity with ERP systems (preferably SAP), including implementation, reporting, and integration with operational processes. * Strong understanding of accounting standards, including intercompany transactions, foreign currency handling, and multi-entity reporting. * Demonstrated capability to lead financial reviews, deliver actionable insights, and support strategic business decisions.
