Plant HR Supervisor

MAIN ACCOUNTABILITIES

• Implement HR activities and Initiate projects within plants and in alignment with HR strategies

• Ensure HR key processes and Policies and procedures are well communicated

• Co-ordinate and organize Internal communication session to ensure information of organization are well cascaded and responded timely

• Co-ordinate with line managers to ensure recruitment plan and training programs are implemented as planned

• Follow up Performance Management process to meet timeline set

• Calculate monthly payroll and ensure accuracy

• Build networking with Trade Union relations to ensure legal requirement/procedures are updated timely

• Co-ordinate Staff Activities to meet the expected outcomes

• Participate in Manufacturing activities, e.g: ACT NOW, MMEM, Quality certificate, etc.

• At least 3-4 years of experiences in Human Resources (Prefer FMCG industry, Manufacturing)

• Team Player, hands-on

• Communication Skills, Good command of English, both oral and written

• Strong Time Management and Priorities Management Skills

• Analytical, Negotiation and Problem Solving Skills

• Labor Law Knowledge Skill

• Strong Business Acumen

• Project Management and Change Management Skills
