Plant Manager (Food & Beverage Manufacturing)

We recently have expanded new production line and had new products to reach our new milestones. We are excited to announce the recruitment of the Plant Manager position who has suitable qualifications to contribute to our continued success.

Scope of responsibilities:

1. Manage all departments in the factory including Maintenance and Production Department, Quality Assurance Department, Facility Department, Environment-Health-Safety Department, and Mixing Division.

2. Oversee entire operations of the factory to ensure all operations are practiced in appropriate procedures and cost-effective ways with best utilization of resources including machines, materials, and manpower.

3. Build development strategies for the factory in short-term, medium-term, and long-term. Create comprehensive implementation plans to assure achievement of the strategies.

4. Implement good manufacturing practices in order to deliver best quality products, maximize production efficiency, and optimize cost effectiveness.

5. Carry out preventive maintenance plan and be responsible for all engineering issues for all machineries in the factory.

6. Deploy continuous improvement activities to drive operational innovation and streamline factory operations.

7. Prepare yearly budget for the factory and effectively manage manufacturing costs within the budget.

8. Develop strong factory team to support the long-term development strategy of the company. Implement good coaching to all level of factory team in order to enhance both technical and management skills.

1. Education:

Bachelor degree or higher in engineering with relating field such as Electrical, Automation, Mechanical, Industrial Engineering, etc.

2. Experience:

• At least 8-year-experience in manager position of production and/or maintenance department.

• Experience in the food & beverage manufacturing industry is preferable.

• Experience in beverage canning production line is a plus.

• Experience and knowledge of food safety management, GMP, HACCP, 5S, ISO 9001, ISO 22000, ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 are the advantage.

3. Soft skills:

• Good management skills such as leadership skill, people management skill, coaching skill, change management skill, planning skill, problem solving skill, analytical skill, etc.

• Good English communication skills.

• High responsibility, good initiative and having strong mindset of continuous improvement to achieve better result.

• Proven experience in managerial role in a factory.
