Job Description

The position is expected to manage the whole operation of the systems (including, but not limited to: store setup, promotions, product information management, etc.), coordinate team members, and collaborate with other team/departments to accomplish the desired outcomes and goals.

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Build platform operation flows, SKUs data management and platform operation rules in general
- Work closely with Tech Team and Account Management team to follow projects and campaign on daily basis
- Set up store, upload information and manage product appearance on marketplaces to ensure it is aligned with best practice for user experience
- Cooperate with Warehouse and Customer Support team to ensure SKU quantity and order details are correctly reflected on the system
- Build dashboard and create project reports on daily basis to update to internal team
- Generate periodic reports and perform debt and inventory reconciliation and follow up with relevant teams/department (eg: accounting, sales operation) to resolve any discrepancies
- Develop a deep understanding of the platform & actively identify operational issues
- Actively propose improvement plan to the existing system and processes to enhance service quality

Job Requirements

- Minimum 2 years prior working experience in e-commerce or app/platform operation
- HTML, technical or SEO knowledge is a plus
- Have coding skills and an understanding of Information Management
- Great attention to details and good organizational skills
- Learning spirit, being sensitive with information
- Very strong team-player
- Can-do attitude
- Strong project management and communication skills. Used to manage multiple stakeholders across multiple functions
