Enhance the trainings, support, administration, and data management on Centric PLM for Global Sourcing in Asia to ensure the project run smoothly and continue improvement
ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Centralized contacts for supplier, Quality & Sourcing topics for all brands
Functional reporting to Global PLM Project team in US
Manage and perform suppliers’ initial navigation trainings and refreshment trainings. Provide on-line and off-line support to suppliers, ensure suppliers work smoothly in PLM.
Dive into training to become eventual Centric experts & provide support to the team long term through a robust Super User network
Coordinate with Asia team on all PLM related topics
Lead the PLM administrator to maintain master data in PLM accurately
Analyze feedbacks from internal and external users, align with Global PLM Project team. Taking appropriate actions for progress improvement and close any loophole as needed.
Ad-hoc projects required by superior
Maintain close and appropriate relationship with all vendors and suppliers, as well as with all peers in both Asia and Headquarters.
Review and resolve any operational issues and report to her/his manager as necessary.
Inform business counterparts and her/his manager promptly in case of problems and work out solutions in a timely manner.
Travelling required, domestically and internationally
Plus, any other requirements as directed by Management

Previous experience in Centric C8
Knowledge in SAP
Proven experience with SAP, ideally with S/4 Hana
Excellent communication skill & presentation skill
Fluent in speaking and good in written English.
Advance powerpoint & excel skills.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
Minimum 5 years’ experience in IT & data management job spec. Relevant experience in PLM and SAP.
Degree in IT or Business management
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS / WORK ENVIRONMENT (if applicable)
· Work is performed in a designated professional office workstation and environment.
· Extensive use of office equipment to include computer, calculator, copier, fax, and other business-related machines and software.
· Frequent travel domestically and internationally should be expected.
