PMO Quản Lý Dự Án IT

The PMO is responsible for managing and implementing IT projects across international markets.

This role plays a key part in launching and setting up IT systems to support business expansion in new markets. In addition to implementation, the PMO also oversees and directly manages IT products after the go-live stage, ensuring stability, efficiency, and adaptability to the behaviors, culture, and growth pace of each specific market. This position contributes directly to the success of products in international markets while ensuring alignment with overall business objectives and driving the company’s sustainable growth.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree or higher in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.

Minimum of 3 - 5 years of proven experience in IT Product management, preferably in international or cross-market environments.

Strong track record in managing full project lifecycles, vendor management, and cross-functional coordination.

Hands-on experience in IT system setup, go-live activities, and post-implementation product management.

Project Management: Demonstrated expertise in project planning, progress tracking, risk management, and delivering projects on time, within scope, and on budget.

Business Acumen: Strong understanding of business processes, market dynamics, and the role of IT solutions in driving competitive advantage.

Analytical & Problem-Solving: Skilled in identifying risks, evaluating alternatives, and implementing practical, data-driven solutions.

Execution Excellence: Results-oriented with the ability to manage multiple priorities, ensure high-quality delivery, and meet tight deadlines.

Vendor Management: Experience in sourcing, negotiating, contracting, and overseeing technology vendors, ensuring SLA compliance and value delivery.

Product Roadmap Management: Ability to define, refine, and manage product roadmaps for international markets in alignment with strategic business objectives.

Market & Customer Insights: Experience in conducting market research, customer behavior analysis, and competitor benchmarking to inform product strategy.

Requirement Translation: Skilled at gathering, prioritizing, and converting local market requirements into actionable IT and product features.

Cross-Functional Collaboration: Strong partnership with local Product Owners and TechOps teams to ensure product-market fit, operational stability, and continuous improvement post go-live.

Product Performance Management: Familiar with key product performance metrics and adept at leveraging data-driven insights for decision-making.

Leadership & Other skills:

Strong executive-level communication and presentation abilities.

Demonstrated ability to influence and engage senior leaders with clear insights and recommendations.

Excellent stakeholder management across technical and non-technical teams.
