PnL Manager

Responsibility 1: Take main responsibility of the accuracy of LOTTE Mart P&L financial reports to support the business plan achievement

- Ensure the accuracy and timeliness of the closing progress on P&L sections;

- Review and finalize P&L reports by stores, by segments to identify the proper variance of actuality and estimation;

- Review and finalize KPI reports of sales & profit by CATs, commission, and tenant.

- Work with Management Team to prioritize financial information needs;

- Address queries from the Headquarters’ Finance by requested.

Responsibility 2: Take responsibility of building LOTTE Mart budgeting & forecasts and ensure the effectiveness of annual estimation

- Ensure full compliance with the budget guidelines and implement improvement as and when needed;

- Build and control annual business plan for total company (MGM & IFRS version) in close coordination with other departments (Product Strategy, MD, Planning, Development, etc);

- Build and control 5-year plan for total company (MGM & IFRS version).

Responsibility 3: Manage the business cost optimization as approved plan and control daily operation expenses

- Review and approve drafting forms of expenses, validate expense proposals of departments;

- Review monthly financial data to ensure reasonable accruals and proper allocation between stores in close coordination with other finance teams and with other departments.

Responsibility 4: Lead other analytical reports and ad-hoc projects for cost optimization and business growth

- Contribute to business-decision making by developing in-depth financial analysis and modelling;

- Work with Headquarters’ Finance and auditors by providing information and explanation as requested;

- Work with external advisors on improvement projects;

- Lead Ad-hoc projects by assigned.

Responsibility 5: Others

- Plan for TO PO, Structure of PL Management team.

- Manage, coaching and periodically evaluate the performance and results achieved of team member;

- Other requests from the Board of Directors, General Director, and LOTTE Group.

- Education: Bachelor's Degree or above.

- Major: Accounting - Auditing, Finance, Business Administration and other relevant majors.

- Professional/professional certificates: Professional certificates: Priority for local of international Finance, Accounting Certificates (ACCA, CMA, CPA, …).

- Professional knowledge:

+ Understand the field of the Company, especially in retail & e-commerce;

+ Have strong knowledge of financial reporting, planning and analysis;

- Necessary skills:

+ Have highly developed data management and financial analysis skill;

+ Skillful using office tools and systems: Excel, GMD, SAP;

+ Job management, effective time management;

+ Allocation, implementation planning, objectives supervising;

+ Leadership skills;

+ Strategy mindset, analysis, pro pro-solving, decision making;

+ Financial operation control skills;

+ Training/coaching skills.

- Other special requirements:

+ Can work well under high pressure, self-disciplined and highly motivated

+ Ready to work overtime (if any) and business travel;

+ Having advanced English communication is preferable.
