Polyurethane Production Supervisor

General Purpose

• To oversee and manage daily production activities in our polyurethane manufacturing facility. The ideal candidate will ensure efficient production processes, maintain high-quality standards, and lead a team to meet production goals safely and on schedule.

Job Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate the polyurethane production process, ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards.

• Manage production schedules, workflow, and resource allocation to meet daily and weekly targets.

• Lead, train, and develop production staff, fostering a positive and productive work environment.

• Monitor and optimize machinery performance and production line efficiency.

• Implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity and reduce waste.

• Ensure adherence to environmental, health, and safety regulations.

• Collaborate with maintenance, quality control, and engineering teams to troubleshoot production issues.

• Maintain accurate production records and prepare reports for management.

• Proven experience in polyurethane or chemical manufacturing production supervision.

• Strong knowledge of polyurethane materials, production processes, and machinery.

• Excellent leadership and team management skills.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple priorities.

• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.

• Knowledge of safety standards and regulatory compliance.

• Relevant technical or engineering degree/certification is a plus.
