The Opportunity:
We are looking for POS Platform, Specialist who enhancement/modification for existing products/new products, business rules set-up/revised, and build up user manuals accordingly, coordinate/ represent Platform/Complex/Payment&Simple teams at inter-department projects
Roles & Responsibilities:
* Systems & Processes enhancement/modification
- Independently perform non-standard/out of scope tasks or working processes in exercising judgement within standard operating procedures.
- Responsibility of user requirements and collaboration with other stakeholder (Product, Acturial, IT) in order to update/ adjust/ enhance this systems for new major products & existing products features revised/existing product day 2
- Ensure business rules are set-up and revised accordingly to new products/existing product revised
- Review/maintain/update manuals which captures/update all changes in order to guide users with right understanding
- Join in projects related systems and other related/connected systems
Cross functional/ Inter-department & other
- Communicate with internal parties or/and external parties such as TPA (Insmart, RDS)
- Exchange and require flexibility to compromise to resolve issues related to tasks/projects involves/ related to policy service
- Representive to join in new products design/launching and existing products enhancement.
- Performs other responsibilities and duties periodically assigned in order to support company’s business.
* Knowledge about insurance
- Be a specialist in all AIA minor products, not including Unit link product
- Mentor about AIA minor product for user of other departments (IT, CH, Distribution)
- Provide solutions for user when they meet unusual customer request
Yêu Cầu Công Việc
- Experience: At least 03 years of experience in POS service at insurance company & at least 01 years of experience in system role
- TDA skill (Technology – Digitalization – Analytics)
- Certifications/licenses – LOMA is preferred
- Special skills: Good in communication skill, problem solving skill
- Agility skill to adapt the new way of working and enhance the productivity
- Customer Service Mindset
- Good in English speaking and writing is preferred
