Mô Tả Công Việc
1. Safety and sustainability:
Drive safety and sustainability in the warehouse & transportation for the warehouse or the group of warehouses that he is responsible for.
Lead by example.
Put in place reporting and follow-up.
Increase safety culture and cooperate with stakeholders.
2. Warehouse Planning:
Execute long term plan and annual plan= analyse & solution proposal for operational activities within the warehouse on an optimal overhead cost in a sustainable way.
3. Warehouse Process Execution Management:
Lead and coach key account team. Manage system accuracy
WH operational procedure management to improve the warehouse process execution.
4. Inventory management:
Report of storage & stock quality assurance/ management.
Monitor stock freshness and head up & suggest solution for nearly expired.
Do analysis left-over/ slow moving report to help Sales team/ MKT team own the better order and allocation.
5. Cost & Value improvement:
Analyse and solution proposal on optimize daily operation spend and save cost (Ontime Delivery, Delivery productivity, Warehouse productivity, Turnover rate…)
Analyse monthly stock age and inventory reports to learn about the impact on cost & value.
6. TPM & Continuous Improvement:
Be a part of TPM & Continuous Improvement
7. Management reporting:
Define reporting requirements and use reported information to monitor and control warehouse & transportation performance and drive decision making.
8. People and team development:
Develop and coach team including recruitment, performance management and (career) development, in line with the Heineken procedures.

Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or relevant fields
Experiences/skills:
o 3-5 years in warehousing / logistics
o Solid business acumen and strategic orientation
o Broad knowledge in core Supply Chain processes to be able to drive effective collaboration
o Experiences in managing an organization with large number of people.
o Experiences with TPM, SAP, WMS or other ERP systems is a plus
o Other skills and languages: Microsoft Office (Excel, MS PowerPoint, Power BI)
Languages: Strong proficiency in both written and spoken English
