- Responsible for tender preparation (and bid analysis) of the Power MV/HV substation and MV/HV transmission lines and Power Plant; including preparation of the technical specifications and design drawings of Substation & transmission lines and Power Plant.
- Manage and review Pre-Feasibility study, Feasibility study and Preliminary design done by other consultants; follow up the required approvals from Authorities and supervise the administrative procedure process.
- Design Review of HV substation & transmission lines, power component inside the Power Plant, engineering designs, modeling, and performance data, and provide engineering support during the construction process.
- Support to Project management & Construction supervision team for Power Plant (with a focus on commissioning activities)
- Review Bill of Quantity (BOQ), costs of Power system components and total investment cost.
- Collaborate with other consultants in the department, in related energy topics (energy efficiency, etc.) whenever necessary.
- Prepare high-quality reporting (English and Vietnamese), with support from a PA
- Lead various stakeholder teams during the various phases of design, development and implementation
- Identify and make strategic recommendations and decisions in support of objectives
- Responsible for engineering, design (using AutoCAD), of the Power MV/HV substation and MV/HV transmission lines and Power Plant.
- Conduct the Pre-Feasibility study, Feasibility study and Preliminary design including; prepare the technical specifications and design drawings of Substation & transmission lines and Power Plant.
- Review HV substation & transmission lines, power component inside the Power Plant, engineering designs, modeling, and performance data, and provide engineering support during the construction process.

Yêu Cầu Công Việc
Basic education: Power Engineer or equivalent
Experience: + 10 years
Skills:
- Engineering degree in Industrial Electrical, Power, or Equivalent
- Strong knowledge in Electrical engineering and Power engineering
- 10 years of Power Plants (Hydro, wind, solar or thermal Power Plant); Pre construction, Construction & commissioning, and operation of the plants
- Good working knowledge of standard utility process for interconnection approval and design requirements
- Strong AutoCAD skills (2D architectural and electrical plans) and knowledge
- Strong communication, presentation and project management skills
- English speaking required (and Vietnamese); French is a plus
- Having experience in civil works is a plus
- Having professional certificate level 1 is a plus
- Skills required: project management, autonomy & team working (international environment), communication, report writing
- Experience leading project teams and implementing multiple projects
- Willing to work and involve in Project Management and Construction Supervision in remote area
- Need to have following certificates:
o Electrical equipment supervision Certificate: Level 1 or Level 2.
o Project management.
o Tender/Bid management
