PPIC Specialist

II. JOB PURPOSE

PPIC Supervisor leads the PPIC process which includes the material requirements planning, production, inventory control,

logistics and distribution. Ensures that every step of the process is functioning effectively to avoid costly delays and lost

sales opportunities. This position will be responsible for the efficient and effective implementation of Production Planning

and inventory control functions.

III. MAIN DUTIES

• Review the demand trend, actual sales vs forecasts, actual production vs plan using standard

statistical tools and coordinate with related parties (Production and Sales)

• Prepare the monthly Material Requirement Plan base on the approve production plan

• Monitor production schedule and materials

• Raw and Packaging Material Planning and Auxiliary Materials

• Coordinate with Production Head with regards on the production schedule and update.

• Review the progress of production compliance to plans.

• Review the availability of material vs requirement and prepare the requisition for materials.

• Prepare the required weekly schedule such as Shipping and Delivery Schedules.

• Coordinate with the related parties to address the exception and align the actual vs plan.

• Review the inventory movement across all Business Units of finished good and material for

indications of obsolescence and slow movements.

• Export And Domestic Product Control

• Develop inventory plan to ensure smooth product flow.

• Control appropriate stock level align with company’s sales demand to maintain low inventory cost.

• Analyze inventory level and sales demand of all distribution centers or headquarters to maintain

sufficient stock level.

• Place product order on timely manner and track open purchase order (Export and Domestic).

• Validate all system transactions by examining the actual documents and activities, and recommend

improvements.

• Initiate actual month-end inventory count and generate report.

• Apply innovation and improvement in each flow process.

• Develop knowledge and skill according to function and job level.

• Managerial/Non Managerial

• Share knowledge and expertise to other employee to support creation of high performance

organization.

• Propose the needs of each process according to work field.

• At least 3 years’ experience as senior staff in Production Planning of an FMCG manufacturing company

• Knowledgeable in SAP system, warehouse process control and warehouse/production reports (point plus)

• Good at English (writing, reading and speaking)

• Good at Presentation skills (English and Vietnamese)

• Computer Literacy

• Ability to work under high pressure

• Ability to work independently and meet deadline with minimum supervision

• Good at organization skills

• Willing to work in Factory in Phu My 3, Ba Ria Vung Tau
