Mô Tả Công Việc
Manage all activities belonging to Plant Quality Assurance of Food Plant:
• Measuring performance against internal and external standards such as HACCP, and other food safety framework.
• Reviewing existing policies, recommending and planning how to improve quality management systems
• Inspecting and testing incoming products, production processes, finished goods, equipments & machinery, facility. This will involve Sensory ,physical, chemical and microbiolgical lab testing.
• Managing a team of quality technicians and ensuring consistency of approach from the team.Ensuring all staff are competent to do their jobs properly in line with GMP and Food Safety Standards. Drive member engagement, mindset change management, excellence and high performance.
• Understand and manage customer complaints and find the opportunities for improvement and develop new efficient procedure and drive necessary process changes.
• Conduct Internal Quality and Food Safety audits as per Framework / SOP
• Drive Vendor Quality assurance and improvement from Quality side
• Conduct Food Safety Risk assessments and devise action plan / mitigations
• Collaborate with other managers and departments including CQA and R&D.
• Coordinating with stake holders like Legal, Business associates, other departments, service providers, external auditors related to Quality /Food safety etc
• New products development (NPD): Coordinate with NPD task force and work closely with R&D for developing product manufacturing processes, capability gap and fulfillment actions for ensuring right product and OTIF launch.
• Compliances: Drive awareness and compliance to regulatory and company policies on safety, quality, food safety, commercial and HR
• Collaborate with other managers and departments including CQA and R&D

Yêu Cầu Công Việc
• Bachelor degree in Food/ Chemical Engineering
• Work experience at least 10 years in manufacturing, out of which 5 years should be in food processing industry
• Working knowledge and implementation of GMPs, HACCP, OSHAS and FDA
• Experience and Knowledge of production & people management practices and principles
• Problem solving skills – knowledge of six sigma is preferable along with good excel skill
• Communicate in English reasonably well - both written and oral.
• Self-motivated with high levels of bias for action & result orientation
• Ability to work with cross functions and get desired results for organization.
• Others: Age not exceeding 35 years
• Work experience at least 10 years in manufacturing, out of which 5 years should be in food processing industry
