PQE Technician

1. Arrange Daily inspector work as per quality instruction and control plan for QA

2. Daily Monitor and Audit the production line and ensure the production line operators/inspectors compliance to the MI/QI/TI and also compliance to the control plan, also compliance to the internal & external improvement action / preventive action per the previous lesson learnt. Send daily audit report.

3. Conduct the ESD checking for the responsible production lines.

4. Base on customer quality requirement to prepare Quality Instruction ( QI ) in Vietnamese / English for inspector instruction.

5. Proceed Customer BOM checking to ensure production is using correct material per customer BOM.

6. Check for the VT builds before PQE/Manager/Sr Manager checking.

7. Review line quality defects and work on corrective action that confirmed.

8. Conduct activity assigned by QA/PQE manager/PQE engineer

9. Technical support and Training support to all operators/inspectors/staff for problem

10. Regular review the quality activity and monitor the activity is being implemented to achieve quality target.

11. Instantaneous feedback quality problem to manager, engineer for problem solving

12. Regular report the quality status to QA/PQE manager

13. Arrange the responsible product to conduct the SRT testing per defined plan.

14. To ensure all work process and machinery and tooling design are of safety standard

1. Junior college or above (Major in Electronics, Electrical Engineering, or related field)

2. Able to read and write in English

3. At least 2 years experience in the Quality field and at least 1 year as Process Quality Technician in the PCBA manufacturing industry or equivalent. Prefer in the automotive industry.

4. Knowledgeable of 7 Quality Tools and methodologies

5. Exposures on problem solving techniques like 8D methodology, 5-why, poke yoke etc.

6. Ability to drive for continuous improvement

7. Strong analytical skills, understand PPAP, understand PFMEA, able to prepare control plan and Quality Instruction.
