Pre-Implementation Consultant (Thai/japanese Speaking)

• Communication with Clients, OEM (manufacturers) and other Titan Teams (Australia and other Global markets). • Obtaining and understanding requirements to configure databases from the front and back end tailored to the customers' requirements. • Communication with OEM (manufacturers) and third parties to obtain requirements/ credentials to set up interfaces. • Use Project Management Software to follow up and make sure that all steps in the project are completed before go-live. • Utilize SQL (both pre-written and ad hoc statements) to setup/ maintain interfacing and assist with the data migration validation process to ensure best outcome for the customer. • Provide post-data conversion validation outcome to ensure that the data conversion is completed successfully. • Report/Escalate issues identified to the team leader, DBA team and/or project manager. • Escalate and reproduction of software issues for the development team.

Technical Attributes: • Good communication skills in English- both writing and speaking. • Intermediate level in Japanese/Thai language (reading, writing). • Familiar with Microsoft office suite. • Attention to detail. • Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment. • Have investigating and problem-solving skills. Preferred Attributes: • Experience in the Automotive industry (Vehicles/Trucks or Scooters). • Experience in General Accounting/ Automotive Accounting. • Experience using Project Management software. • Experience in Data Migration or Data Entry. • Have interest in Information Technology/ Automotive industry.
