Pre-Sales Team Lead (Fluent in English)

YOU WILL

• Be responsible for the daily management, work allocation and performance evaluation of the pre-sales support team to ensure its efficient operation.

• Guide and supervise team members in performing pre-sales support tasks, including customer consultation, sales opportunity discovery, product recommendation and assistance with online purchase.

• Assist in formulating and optimizing pre-sales support processes and service standards to enhance customer satisfaction and sales conversion rates.

• Regularly organize team training to improve members' capabilities in product knowledge, communication skills and service awareness.

• Closely collaborate with sales, technical and other departments to facilitate the smooth conversion of customer sales inquiries and subsequent follow-ups.

• Monitor teamwork data, conduct analysis and reporting, and propose improvement suggestions for implementation.

• Maintain team morale in high-pressure environments and motivate members to achieve both individual and team performance goals.

OUR IDEAL CANDIDATES:

• Have 1-3 years of management experience in Customer Service position with good understanding of Pre-sales scope of work

• Fluency in English is a must

• Have a good understanding of the Chinese market and culture is preferred

• Have the experience in Tech industry/companies is preferred

• Good communication in Chinese is preferred

• Be highly sensitive to data, capable of identifying problems through data analysis and proposing effective improvement measures.

• Possess outstanding communication and coordination skills, team leadership abilities, and cross-departmental collaboration capabilities.

• Be able to handle pressure well, remain calm in a fast-paced environment, and drive the team to operate efficiently.

· Salary at 100% during the probationary period

· 90% contribution of the gross salary to social insurance

· An employee who works at night (10 PM - 6 AM) will be paid an additional amount of 30% of the normal salary + PVI insurance + 500,000 VND food allowance

- Working time: 8am – 5am (Monday – Friday). Working time can be changed due to manager assignment
