MÔ TẢ CÔNG VIỆC/ JOB DESCRIPTION

1. Received inquiries from customer / manager and arrange for booking with export shipment which is the most important job. With booking normal route is ICN, India, Hongkong... and E-commerce shipment

2. Contact with customer, collegues to process export procedue & update information for cargo release to CNEE.

3. Check, updated rate & make quotation and reply to customer, oversea.

4. Correspondence with other sections and our overseas partner offices.

5. Daily report status of shipment to Korean manager and update data to ELSA system

6. Issuing debit note and send to customer for confirmation.

7. Constant care is required in order to ensure all tasks are carried out timely and correctly

8. Support Managers to Sales & Marketing plan

9. Find new bander & shipping line & co-loader & find best quotation

10. Others jobs as per BOD’s requirements.

- Minimum 10 years of experience in logistics industry.

-Extensive knowledge and hands-on experience in:

o Air and Ocean freight with liner

o Local vendor like customs and trucking company

o Searching vendor resource regularly

• Strong ability to negotiate and coordinate with shipping lines(coloader as well) and airline agents (every dest where I have served currently)

• Proven expertise in pricing management and conducting marketing surveys

- Fluent in English (listening, speaking and writing skill), Microsoft office

- High responsibility, flexibility, hard-working, and willing to learn more.

- Good negotiation and communication skill

- Ability to work independently and teamwork with multiple tasks and time management skill.
