Pricing - CS Docs Executive

1. Pricing job (30% work load):

- Procure sea freight, air freight, inland operation logistics cost.

- Build and maintain relationships with shipping lines, airlines and international agents to get best prices and make bookings

- Update price lists periodically (daily, weekly, monthly) for the sales department

- Coordinate with other departments (sales, logistics, finance) to ensure accuracy of quotes and contracts.

2. Contract logistics job (20% work load)

- Handle and take care of oversea sales leads for freight and logistics service enquiries.

- Write up service proposal, operation procedure for customers.

3. CS DOCs (50% work load)

- Receive booking requests from the Sales department and customers, work with partners to check schedules, confirm and send bookings

- Prepare document for export and import shipment (Bill/AN/EDO…) according to the correct procedure.

- Support handling customer complaints and inquiries, ensuring satisfaction with service quality

- Send documents to relevant departments for customs clearance of goods

- Check debts, set up Debit Notes and make periodic work reports

- Input data on OMS sydtems

- Customer Support: Provide customers with order confirmations, answer queries, and coordinate returns of merchandise.

- Coordination: Work with shipping vendors, freight forwarders, and brokers to ensure timely delivery and compliance with regulatory requirements.

- Collaboration: Collaborate and back up for other team members as and when requested by direct supervisor.

- Perform other tasks assigned by the Department Head

- At least 2 ~ 3 years working experience in logistics/ freight forwarding/ trucking companies at similar position/ scope of work.

- Knowledgeable about exports shipment to the US and EU markets

- Good at negotiation skills.

- Good knowledge at logistics market.

- English communication skills. (Read and write emails)
