Pricing Executive

Logistics and Freight Management:

- Oversee and manage logistics costs related to freight, inland transportation, and other services to optimize efficiency and cost-effectiveness.

- Coordinate with shipping lines, freight forwarders, and transportation companies to stay updated on ocean freight rates, sailing schedules, and new services.

Pricing and Cost Optimization:

- Solicit and negotiate competitive pricing from transportation vendors, ensuring optimal cost management across various services.

- Monitor market conditions and implement timely price adjustments in response to fluctuations, ensuring costs remain competitive.

Reporting and Vendor Relationship Management:

- Prepare and present detailed logistics cost reports to management, providing insights into cost trends and identifying areas for improvement.

- Build, maintain, and expand relationships with logistics vendors and partners, fostering long-term, mutually beneficial business relationships.

- Take on other logistics-related tasks as assigned by the manager, ensuring smooth operations and effective problem-solving in a fast-paced environment.

- Requirements. Bachelor’s degree from related fields.

- At least 2 years experience in the related field.

- Experience in pricing and freight forwarding/shipping line is preferable.

- Be able to work under high pressure and solve problems effectively.

- Good English in writing/mailing/reporting.

- Good working knowledge of MS Office products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook), Microsoft Office 365, and the ability to quickly adapt and work with new software.

- Ability to deal with multi-functional tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

- Proactive and understanding of the necessity of making things right the first time.

- Be able to work under pressure and be willing to take responsibility.
