Pricing Manager

- Responsible for checking and negotiating rates with shipping lines, airlines, and co-loaders.

- Research and update market trends.

- Verify rates, analyze quotations, propose pricing options, and provide quotations to the sales team to best meet customer needs.

- Advise and support the sales team regarding the company’s services.

- Search for and expand the company’s network of service providers.

- Coordinate with other departments to resolve arising issues.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with shipping lines, airlines, and co-loaders.

- Prepare reports and submit them as required by direct management.

- Perform other duties as assigned.

- Minimum 5 years of experience in freight forwarding, airline, or shipping line pricing.

- Strong expertise in pricing strategy and rate negotiation with carriers and vendors.

- Solid understanding of global logistics, supply chain, and freight forwarding operations.

- Proven ability to analyze market trends and deliver competitive pricing solutions.

- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.

- Proficiency in English (written and spoken) and office applications.

- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills with attention to detail.

- High sense of responsibility, integrity, and ability to work under pressure.

- Leadership experience or potential to lead a pricing function.
