Pricing Specialist

- Review orders and book space in the system; coordinate with the operation/booking department to maximize business efficiency.

- Conduct regular freight rate analysis based on market conditions; request quotations, maintain pricing, and timely update and organize shipping lines' freight rates to ensure up-to-date market information.

- Foster strong relationships with the shipping line; develop and expand high-quality suppliers and route resources for the company.

- Assist and guide the sales team in preparing customer quotations; support business development based on a personal market understanding.

- Collaborate across departments; be responsible for regular account reconciliation with suppliers.

- Handle issues encountered during the cargo process; coordinate timely and provide appropriate solutions based on the situation.

- Complete other tasks assigned by the manager.

- Under 35 years old.

- Minimum of 1 year of experience in logistics or import-export fields.

- Use applications Outlook, Word, Excel.

- Foreign language: English, knowing Chinese is a plus.

- Ability to work under pressure.

- Thoughtful, honest, dynamic, good communication.
