Pricing Specialist Logistics

1. Review orders and book space in the system; coordinate with the shipping department to maximize business efficiency.

2. Conduct regular freight rate analysis based on market conditions; request quotations, maintain pricing, and timely update and organize shipping lines' freight rates to ensure up-to-date market information.

3. Foster strong relationships with the shipping line; develop and expand high-quality suppliers and route resources for the company.

4. Assist and guide the sales team in preparing customer quotations; support business development based on a personal market understanding.

5. Collaborate across departments; be responsible for regular account reconciliation with suppliers.

6. Handle issues encountered during cargo process; coordinate timely and provide appropriate solutions based on the situation.

7. Complete other tasks assigned by the supervisor.

1. Bachelor’s degree in Transportation, Logistics。

2. Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in shipping company/ logistics companies is a must.

3. Strong market insight, effective communication and writing ability, strong customer service mindset, and a high sense of responsibility.

4. Good command of written and spoken English (required); Mandarin is an advantage.

5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, Outlook).
