Pricing Supervisor-Freight Forwarding

The Procurement Lead is responsible for driving and managing Full Container Load (FCL) procurement activities across the VN region, with a focus on trade lanes connecting to North and South America. This role will play a key part in developing strategic partnerships with shipping lines, ensuring competitive procurement strategies and aligning regional practices with business objectives. The successful candidate will collaborate closely with internal stakeholders across VN to ensure cost efficiency, service reliability and contract compliance, while contributing to the company’s global freight forwarding capabilities.

Key Responsibilities：

1. Develop and maintain strong procurement channels with major shipping lines to support FCL services from VN to North and South America.

2. Collaborate with regional offices to understand business needs and implement best practices that enhance service offerings and pricing competitiveness.

3. Manage and expand service contracts, ensuring adherence to agreed volume commitments and service levels.

4. Take full ownership of FCL procurement strategies across the VN region.

1. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, Logistics or a related field (minimum requirement).

2. Minimum of 3 years’ experience in the freight forwarding or shipping industry, preferably in a similar procurement or trade lane development role.

3. Strong cross-cultural communication skills and ability to work effectively in a regional environment.
