The Priority Relationship Manager will play a pivotal role in managing and nurturing relationships with our affluent and high-net-worth clients.
Description
* Acquire new affluent clients by converting referral leads and developing professional relationships grounded in trust, empathy, credibility, and ethical conduct.
* Provide tailored financial advice by assessing client's financial needs and objectives, recommending appropriate in-house financial solutions, and executing their instructions. Address any queries, concerns, or issues related to their banking and financial transactions
* Ensure adherence to established policies and procedures during the on boarding and acceptance of affluent clients
* Deliver ongoing servicing of affluent client accounts, identifying opportunities to offer enhanced banking services, including basic and priority banking solutions.
* Achieve monthly targets set by the organisation, ensuring the consistent growth of the client base and overall business performance
Profile
* Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a relationship management or client advisory role, ideally in investment management, wealth management, or private banking.
* Ability to manage complex client situations
* Proven track record in client acquisition, retention.
* Good communication (both verbal and written) skill in both English and the local language
* Ability to handle pressure and meet deadlines
* Good networking and relationship building skills
