• Provide technical expertise to create new projects and budgets: Make URS and technical requirement, raise WBS workflow, make project planning and follow up.
• Initiate Pool project to improve productivities, implement kaizen and cost saving and manage cash-out plaining.
• Coordinate with external expert to solve machine problem.
• Leading feasibility test, DOE of process for validation and documentation.
• Implement New SOP’s and requirement of process from Global, managing machine condition, calibration status.
• Improve manufacturing efficiency by analyzing and planning workflow, space requirements and equipment layout.
• Remove waste from the processes, act to MUV reduction, non-added value.
• Plan and organize with maintenance, respond to breakdowns, analyze down time and identify trends.
• Investigate production and process issues.
• Study and preventive quality issue, increase OEE of production lines.
• Training and develop technical skill for Technician of process.
• To supervise and ensure technician to perform daily monitoring on the operation machines.
• Perform root cause analysis for quality improvement and productivity improvement, preventive action following DIR, A3 and CAPA.
• To participant in activities: EHS/ Energy management/ … or arrange staffs to participate these activities if needed.
• Make six sigma projects for improvement production KPI: Overall OEE, MUV, NVVA reduction, Dosifix improvement.
• Manage improvement process by DOE of printing and Extrusion, apply global SOP.
• Ensure all machines in good condition and supervise maintenance have to be done, spare part is available and monitoring machine condition to meet specifications. required.
