Process & Control Improvement Specialist (Managerial Level)

Job Purpose

The P&CI (Process & Control Improvement) Specialist – Risk and Compliance will support the P&CI - Risk & Compliance Manager in partnering with all the key internal (all functions across Heineken Vietnam) and external stakeholders (Global/Regional P&CI, Global Audit, External Audit). This includes, but not limited to:

Drive end-to-end risk management for Heineken Vietnam

Provide an adequate level of assurance in the effective control and compliance environment of Heineken Vietnam

Ensure the proper execution and deployment of consumer promotion campaigns.

Job Responsibilities

Drive end-to-end risk management for HEINEKEN Vietnam: Enterprise Risk deep-dives with top risks identified, action plans defined and closely monitored

Manage ICFR controls (Haft year, Interim and Roll Forward phases): ICFR controls testing following Global requirements and deadlines

Periodic (Monthly) SOD, CA, Overdue issues monitoring with compensating controls

Facilitate ERM process to identify, assess and monitor the Opco’s top risks in IRM system, following Global requirements and deadlines

Heirules controls validating following Global requirements and deadlines

Yearly perform MOA review and revision

Internal policies/SOPs review in line with business needs and global/local regulations

Review and assess Promotion programs, perform e2e Promotion audit

Other relevant assigned tasks

Qualifications & Experience required

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field (Master's degree preferred).

Certifications: CPA (Certified Public Accountant), CIA (Certified Internal Auditor), or similar professional certification preferred.

Experience: Minimum 5-10 years of experience in internal auditing, internal control, business controlling, risk & compliance

Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to interact with key stakeholders.

Fluent in Vietnamese and good English (verbal and written)
