Process Engineer

• Responsible for the process engineering within the Industrial Engineering Department.

• Responsible for achieving policy deployment targets.

• Through continuous follow up ensure that policy deployment targets are achieved.

• Responsible for standardized methods of working /planning in the process engineering within the Industrial Engineering Department.

• Responsible for process documentation preparation and revision (Flow chart, PFMEA, Control plan, work instruction, line calibration matrix).

• Ensure new launch on time and within budget.

• Installation and Commissioning Machine and Equipment.

• Product and Process Validation and Qualification.

• Responsible for process preparation and trial build.

• Responsible for new jig and fixture implementation.

• Maintain and implement methods, system, and routines as necessary.

• Minimum bachelor’s degree or equivalent (Engineering related)

• Minimum 5 years work experience (Preferably Automotive)

• Mechanical/ Electrical/ Manufacturing background

• Knowledge of lean manufacturing preferable.
